About the Founder

"With over 25 years in public education—from K-12 classrooms to the district office—I founded GROWTH ECOSYSTEMS to provide something often missing in our field: a clinical, diagnostic approach to professional growth. We don’t just provide 'training'; we architect the systems that allow teachers and students to thrive."

My work is rooted in a career dedicated to instructional precision and systemic design. As a certified literacy specialist and a Director of Curriculum for over a decade, I have sat at every seat of the educational table, allowing me to see the "High-Leverage Lifts" that others often overlook.

  • The Literacy Specialist: I bring a clinical lens to the Science of Reading, ensuring that instructional delivery is aligned with the foundational neural pathways required for student mastery.

  • The Curriculum Architect: I have spent years designing rigorous Project-Based Learning frameworks and research-driven curricula that move students from passive learners to active investigators.

  • The Strategic Director: Having served as a Director of Curriculum & Instruction for more than 12 years, I understand how to translate state standards into actionable, school-wide growth plans.

  • The Design Expert: My background in Graphic Arts informs how I develop training materials and instructional blueprints—prioritizing visual clarity to reduce cognitive load and maximize retention.

The Mission: I believe that professional development should be as differentiated and science-based as the classrooms we lead. My goal is to partner with districts to build a "sharing and growing" community where high-leverage practices are not just taught, but become the permanent DNA of the school.
